DATE: Art Deco, c.1935

As a child I spent many hours looking for a four-leaf clover... never had any luck, the the point that I questioned whether they actually existed, or if my parents/brother had made them up to keep me occupied. Google says they do exist, apparently one in 10,000 clovers mutate to grow an extra leaf... and here's one set in an Art Deco period gold locket. The ultimate good luck charm.
