Unusual Art Deco era cigarette holder with a cute pink guilloché enamelled silver case. To fit inside, the cigarette holder itself is telescopic, made of silver with a bakelite mouthpiece. The case features a bail and jump ring for wear as a pendant - dating from the 1920s.
